An agent at the Sheriff’s Office in Jacksonville said 54-year-old Albis Parrish had mixed William Carters with a psychotic drug. lemonade December 7th. She reportedly called the authorities after mixing the drug. According to the arrest report when the agent arrived there, Mr. Parish, who was sitting on the front porch, yelled at them.
“I gave him enough to silence him and called everything so he wouldn’t die,” Ms. Parish added. Police reported that he continued to speak when the adjutant handcuffed. “Do whatever you want. If you don’t take me, I’ll kill him,” she said. Parrish also reportedly wrote down what she did in her notebook. The couple lived together for nine years.
