A DoorDash engineer, who makes $400,000 a year in salary, took to an anonymous employee social media platform to complain about the mandatory once-a-month delivery he will have to make just like other corporate employees. Under its WeDash program, employees — including those in DoorDash's corporate offices — must serve as delivery drivers at least once a month. If they can't deliver, they can choose other experiences, such as shadowing customer-service staff.
