Laurie Perez reports from San Pedro on continued problem of Union Pacific cargo containers being robbed while on a section of train tracks in the Lincoln Heights area. A spokeswoman for Union Pacific speaks with Perez about the issue and the added issue of thieves serving little to no time for their looting.
