Stolen dog reunited with owner after being taken from inside car in Mid Wilshire

Stella, the 11-year-old Boston Terrier who was stolen from inside of her owner's car in the Mid Wilshire area, was reunited with her owners on Saturday after they learned that someone had their beloved pup.
