World temperature records have been broken for a second day in a row, amid warnings, this year’s warmest days are still to come. Scientists say Tuesday was officially the hottest day across the planet surpassing 17 degrees celsius. They are also predicting more record breaking temperatures to come. Rupert Stone reports.
