Hamas says it's willing to continue ceasefire negotiations aimed at bringing at least a temporary truce in Gaza. The US State Department says roadblocks stalling the talks are not "insurmountable", but the misery mounts.. especially in Northern Gaza. Andy Roesgen reports.
