Protestors gathered outside London's German embassy to protest the country's denial of entry to Dr Ghassan Abu Sittah.
The British-Palestinian surgeon had planned to attend a Palestine conference in Berlin to talk about his experience in Gaza's hospitals under Israeli bombardment. Separately, German police also stormed and broke up the same conference.
This comes amid German censorship of Palestinian voices.
