Local leaders push for ballot measure stiffening penalties for shoplifting and drug dealing

Fed up with shoplifters, drug use and homeless people who commit crimes, a group of business owners and local leaders said they have gathered enough signatures for a ballot measure this November. It would stiffen penalties for crimes like shoplifting and drug dealing. Tom Wait reports.
