Ohio police body camera footage released on April 25 shows Frank Tyson, a Black man who died in police custody after repeatedly telling officers "I can't breathe," words reminiscent of George Floyd's death in 2020.
Tyson was pinned to the floor of a bar and handcuffed after being suspected of leaving the scene of a single-car accident on April 18.
