French parliamentarian Sebastien Delogu raised a Palestinian flag during a parliament session on May 28. Prompting the session to be suspended, he was condemned by the parliament speaker for his "unacceptable" behaviour.
Lawmakers also voted to suspend the MP for two weeks and cut his parliamentary allowance by half for two months.
