Man, woman found shot to death in bullet-riddled car overlooking bluff in Rancho Palos Verdes

Jasmine Viel reports from Rancho Palos Verdes, where authorities are investigating an apparently targeted double murder after a man and woman were found shot to death inside of a bullet-riddled car early Monday morning.
