In Niger, the man in charge of the presidential guard has named himself head of a transitional government. On Wednesday his unit overthrew the democratically elected president Mohamed Bazoum. There's been international condemnation of the coup, with Bazoum's whereabouts still not known after he was detained by his own soldiers. Claire Herriot reports. Subscribe:
