LASD warns homeless people to leave riverbed areas before Hurricane Hilary hits

LASD deputies took to the skies to issue warnings to anyone living in riverbeds throughout the Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties on Saturday before the powerful Hurricane Hilary hits.
