WATCH: Video of LA County Sheriff’s deputy vehicle towed out from flood waters

Rising flood waters caused an Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy to get stuck in the Whittier Narrows area Monday morning. Another deputy was able to tow the vehicle to safety.
