Cal Poly students team up with local business to create unique ice cream made from avocado

Jeff Nguyen reports from Cal Poly Pomona, where he spoke with the students who worked with the university and a nearby creamery, which is minority and female owned, to create a sustainable brand of ice cream — made of avocados grown by the school.
