More than two dozen arrested during three-month investigation into street gangs in Harbor area

During a press conference on Monday, California Attorney General Rob Bonta disclosed that 27 people were arrested for their alleged connection to cartel-affiliated street gangs operating in the Harbor area of Los Angeles County.
