Authorities have announced the arrest of a suspect who they believe is connected to the body found floating in a barrel off the Malibu coast back in July. On top of this, police also disclosed that he was the same suspect wanted for an attempted smash-and-grab robbery at an El Monte jewelry store two months later. Jeff Nguyen reports.
