15-year-old armed with garden tool fatally shot by deputies in Apple Valley

Ryan Gainer, 15, was fatally shot on Saturday afternoon when he allegedly charged at deputies while armed with a "five-foot-long garden tool, with a sharp bladed end," according to San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
