Deputies say man was armed with metal stick and harassing customers before shooting in East LA

LASD has provided additional information on a deputy-involved shooting in East Los Angeles late Saturday evening, reporting that the suspect was harassing customers at El Tio Tono Market prior their arrival on scene.
