LA City Councilwoman says crime is making residents ‘sick and tired of feeling unsafe’

Los Angeles City Councilwoman Traci Park lashed out Thursday at the problem of public safety in the city, blaming "catch-and-release" and "criminals-are-the-victims" policies for making the city unsafe.
