Investigators no longer investigating death of LAFD recruit on 101 Freeway as hit-and-run

Despite initial reports that they were investigating the death of LAFD recruit Jacob Fuerte on the 101 Freeway as a hit-and-run, CHP detectives say that they no longer believe that to be the case. Mike Rogers reports.
