French police evacuated around 1,000 irregular migrants from northern Grande-Synthe camp on Tuesday, according to local media.
French media reported that a court in northern city of Lille had decided on Sept. 4 over the evacuation of the camp.
It was also reported that the migrants were Iraqi and Afghan nationals.
Around 67,000 irregular migrants and refugees have reached Europe so far since the beginning of 2019, according to UNHCR data.
