Belgian fighter jet crashes in France, 2 survive

PARIS

A Belgian F-16 fighter jet crashed in northwestern France on Thursday, according to French media.

The pilots from the jet ejected and survived the crash, near the town of Pluvigner, but one had reportedly gotten caught on a high-voltage power line.

The jet was carrying out a training mission.

Security measures were taken around the area of the crash, and police were deployed.
