Pascal Siakam was the highest scorer for the Raptors with 25 points as Fred VanVleet produced 24 points and 8 assists.
The 76ers All-Star player Joel Embiid held scoreless in 32 minutes for the first time in his career, grabbing 13 rebounds.
Josh Richardson tallied a team-high 25 points and Al Horford played with 11 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks for the 76ers.
With 4:02 left in the 4th quarter, the 76ers were up by six points, 96-91 after a Richardson jump shot. Then, in the remainder of the game, the Raptors went on a game-winning 10-0 run, led by Pascal Siakam.

Los Angeles Lakers defeated San Antonio Spurs 114-104 to extend their winning streak to eight games in the NBA.
LeBron James was unstoppable as he posted 33 points and 14 assists.
Anthony Davis also influential in the win, he made a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
On the losing side, LaMarcus Aldridge scored 30 points and grabbed 5 points.
Lakers improved to season best 15 wins and 2 losses with the victory, as the Spurs fell to 6 wins and 12 losses.
Antetokounmpo scores season-high in Bucks’ 8th consecutive win
Milwaukee Bucks recorded longest winning streak since 2001/2002 NBA season after they beat Utah Jazz 122-118.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had an impressive performance over the Jazz, producing a season-high 50 points with 14 rebounds to bring eighth straight victory to his team.
Croatian forward Bojan Bogdanovic was the highest scorer for the Jazz with 24 points.
