Evacuations spur UN watchdog concern over Ukraine nuclear plant

The International Atomic Energy Agency has raised concerns about the safety around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant after Moscow ordered the evacuation of civilians from nearby villages ahead of an anticipated Ukrainian counter-offensive.
