Italian river bursts its banks with ‘mud tsunami’

The Merdovine river burst its banks in an explosion of mud, breaking through a bridge wall, uprooting a tree and flooding the streets of Bardonecchia, Italy on August 13. Over a hundred people have been displaced, with the Alpine town covered in thick mud. Subscribe:
