Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan wrapped up two days of talks in Washington with a high-stakes meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. Bilateral co-operation was the focus but there were differences in how to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and ensure security in the Black Sea. Craig Boswell reports.
